Battling to get the SPO2 clock on my Versa Light. Spoke to an assistant. Advise followed but still greyed out and cannot select. App and Watch updated. Please assist 😬

Hi there, @SUZBouwer63. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided by our Support Team in order to solve the issue with your Versa 2.
While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you performed a factory reset on your watch? If so, since you have just set up your Versa 2 again after restarting it to its default settings, it may appear to be up to date but it needs another update so you can install the SpO2 clock face. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
If you still cannot install the SpO2 app after this period of time, please contact our team once again so they can continue assisting you.
