My replacement Fitbit Versa 2 is not letting me install SP02 clock face. It says not available. I had the clock face on the Versa 2 that I lost

Hello @EMA22

If your Versa 2 is new (within 1-3 days) it takes a few days for your Versa 2 to receive an update to open up many apps in the Gallery. I’m sure you will get prompted with an update soon.

😉 I’m sure that’s what’s going on. I hope this provides you with the best answer for your question. Please let me know.

Hi there, @EMA22. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your new Versa 2.

As @SunsetRunner has mentioned, since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.

I have the same problem. Got my Versa 2 on Sunday, and the app and fitbit are both up to date when I checked, and I still can't download the Sp02 clock face.
