I'm trying to set up spotify on my Versa 2 watch and it's not working. I followed videos and statements from others and still no luck. Can anyone help me?

Hello there @Emily_McG-1997, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you're having to install Spotify on your Versa 2, I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here. I'll be glad to help you to download Spotify on your Versa 2.

May I know what's the current version installed for your Versa 2 and Fitbit app? Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

As you may know, you will need the Versa 2 up to date but the trick is having all day sync on and letting it sync periodically as the updates download in small portions. You can read more about this here. Once you have updated your Versa you will be able to download the Spotify app and check this article to know how it works.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
