Hi there, @Snflvr. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums.
As @LZeeW has mentioned, since your Versa 2 is pretty new, you'll need to wait until you can update it to the most recent FW. Your Versa 2 may appear up to date but it needs another update. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

@Snflvr I looked at your public profile. You wrote that you have a new Versa 2 to replace a Versa 2. It's possible that your new Versa 2 doesn't have the current firmware. You need the current firmware to install clock faces. The current firmware version is 35.72.1.23. Fitbits come with the firmware from when they were manufactured.
