I'm not able to install any clock face on my device. Every time I choose a clock face, SPO2 tracker, or just about anything, the Install button is disabled. The app is updated, but still no option to install it. Stuck with the default boring clock face, and can't get SpO2 readings.

Hi @NidhiB - this is because you have an old firmware on your watch that will not allow installing more recent apps as your firmware wont support them.
On your watch click Settings, About, and it will tell you the Version. See What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? for the latest version.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you get a more recent update.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
