Can't install clock faces on my Versa

I'm having the worst time with my clock faces. It only shows I have one installed and when I try to access ones I've purchased, the button is greyed out. My current one doesn't work but it won't let me change it to even appear as available. I've tried resetting the watch and installing/uninstalling the app many times. The developer says they can't help with install issues. Any ideas?

Hi there @Rjohnson84, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time installing clock faces on your Versa, I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for already contacting the developer of the third-party clock face you want to install. 

If you're getting the button grayed out, it seems that your Versa is running an old firmware version, that would expalin why you cannot download certain clock faces (which must be required an updated version of your watch). Is your Versa a brand new? Did you just set it up? May I know what is the version currently installed on your watch? You can find it either by going in the , tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image (the firmware version number appears under your device's name) or on your Versa, in the Settings app About or Device Info.

The latest version of the Versa is 32.71.6.19 (71.6.19), if your watch is running an older than this one and you have not option to update it, it may be because you've recently set it up and may appear up to date but it needs another update before you can install certain apps or clock faces and the update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. 

Please let me know if in the next couple if days you continue having issues to install your clock faces. I'll be around, keep me posted.
