Can’t keep time and won’t sync

A week ago I noticed my time was off. I keep my Versa lite and my phone charged and I have read dozens of the other forums for answers. I have turned off , charged, removed and reconnected/loaded the watch. Turned Bluetooth on off and every setting I can find. I can once a day lick up at some point to have both phone and watch turned off and on charges for about 30 minutes and then turn on and maybe get half sync or a full sync where it will update my sleep, steps and time. But this takes doing the whole on off multiple times and I am just getting tired of SOOO MUCH WORK!!! And no matter what within 15 minutes my watch is already a minute behind, over night I am 4 hours behind on time. Someone please tell me the steps I need to get my watch and phone to stay connected , updated and for my watch to keep time. I am a realtor and stay busy I need to have the correct time.

Hi @Hstogner , your time problem is a result of not correct syncing between your Fitbit app and your Versa, unless you are using a Third Party Clock Face. If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself, if no, see my post 2 on the topic "Versa Troubles" with the same problem. Regards kuzibri

Hi there, just got off the chat window with Fitbit support.  

I have the same issue.  What kind of phone do you have?  I have an iPhone 8 and a regular Versa.  

There is no solution.  We just wait for the team to figure it out, "hopefully soon."

Maybe I'll just buy a watch and an analog pedometer.

The clock face is what ever was on it when I first set it up. 
I tried several things that I was suggested to do. The last being disconnect everything , turn off and turn back on and reload and set up. Well now my app keeps saying there is an update for my watch BUT my watch won’t go past the image of telling me to download app. I have gotten it to connect for a few seconds to put a code but fails to update and won’t be found or sync with my Bluetooth.

I am so super frustrated with this Fitbit , since trying all this update, add, remove even ordered the dongle to try to go through my computer to update Fitbit Versa lite, nothing watch stays on and keeps saying download app to get started in many languages. I try to turn off but it goes black for few seconds and comes back on. My Bluetooth won’t find it! I have made sure everything is charged, can’t get any one from FIT BIT to talk to me . 
my app on phone has an update for fit bit but if I can’t connect to it with any phone or iPad or computer it is $150 of useless 😡
