Can’t load certain clock faces due to needing update

Certain faces give me an error message that states I need to update my versa everytime I check for updates it says I am on newest one but my husbands versa says he has a different firmware then me he has tried everything mine is 32. Something and his is 72. Something please help

It states “This is a progressive rollout which means everyone will receive it at different stages until it has been completely released to all users.” It could mean that you just haven’t gotten the update yet.
