Can't log into Spotify

Hi,

I am trying to login into my Spotify premium account from fitbit app, even though my credentials are correct it says incorrect. I also tried using option Login with Phone Number it shows an error "Oops! Something wrong. Please try again later.

Please do provide me the solution

Hi there @pallaanjibabu, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided and for trying to fix the issue prior to contacting us. 

In order to log into your Spotify account, on the screen where Spotify is asking for you to give permission to Fitbit to connect, there is a link to see what apps already have access to Spotify.  So, click on it, then delete Fitbit from the list. The, back out to the Fitbit app and selected Log In to my Spotify account. It should connected correctly after those steps. 

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
