Unable to sync or obtain my apps. The Versa icon to sync is gone and the whole site that comes up is different. I have tried it on 2 phones, a tablet and my laptop. Sometimes I can pair it, but again the options to sync and look at apps (ie music, pandora, etc) is no longer available?? What is going on. Very frustrated with this product
