Versa 2 not working with Note10+

I just got a versa 2 for Christmas and initially when I synced it was receiving notifications. Now I noticed that there was a system update for my phone and it seems the Fitbit app may have had an update and since that I have only been receiving notifications very sparsely. I have tried every troubleshooting option listed on the forum and still nothing works. I understand that the Note10+ is not a compatible device, but I can't seem to find anywhere if or when it will become one. Please can someone help?

Hello @Kayzer209, it's good to see you around in the Community forums for the first time. 

Thank you for all the information about your Versa that is not receiving the notifications.

As you mentioned earlier, I've confirmed this phone model (Galaxy Note 10+) is currently not listed here as a compatible device  to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?

As mentioned earlier, if a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility. Some users have also been able to receive notifications after following the steps listed in this article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I hope too that more devices can be included as compatible, but we still haven't received an other updates about this.
