Can’t log into app

When both hubby and I try to sync our watches we are prompted to log in, then we get an ‘oops, something went wrong’

May I ask what phones your Fitbit app is on. This is the hardware board. 

On android I get this message when the app is having issues contacting Fitbit. Sometimes I find a phone restart works.
