Can't manually add information

I noticed this afternoon that my Fitbit app won’t let me manually add water intake. It won’t let me manually enter anything. 
It’s syncing properly, counting steps properly, and everything else. But it’s like the + signs aren’t working....anyone else having that issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Can you log information in the Fitbit app but not from your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and troubleshoot the app with the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

It just started happening today and still isn’t working a few hours later. It’s on an iPhone 11. I can add stuff on the web version but not the app.  Once I do that, the app updates, I just can’t do it straight from the app. I will try all the things mentioned above first thing in the morning. Thanks!
