my refurbished fitbit 2 is still not tracking my floors it will go up to 5 then from their it stops it doesn’t go up to 10 which is my goal i have rebooted & everything else still it doesn’t track above 5. “This replacement fitbit watch” as you said that this was from someone who didn’t use it just sent it back to the company since getting this one problems problems problems. What can i do next so it start tracking any floors i do i have gone out & i would do the stairs it doesn’t track that i do the stairs in my house doesn’t fully track all.

Welcome aboard @deuces, thanks for all the details that were shared with me and for restarting your device.
Let me share with you that Fitbit devices that count floors have an altimeter sensor that detects when you go up in elevation. Your device registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet or 3 meters. Your device uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed. Fitbit devices don’t count floors on stationary exercise equipment, such as a StairMaster or treadmill, or when you go down a flight of steps. After taking into consideration the previous information, please change the clock face of your Versa following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you may have.
