What phone are you using? This is usally a compatability problem, or else you dont have all the necessary permissions enabled on your phone.

I have a samsungS6. It is compatible because everything was working except receiving text messages . The messages showed up on the watch but when I clicked to open them ....they wouldn't open. I went back and did everything over again and now not only do I not get the text messages but I don't get the phone calls either ughh!
