Can’t purchase any clock face

Unable to purchase any clock faces. They all say I need to have my Fitbit versa software up to date. But when I check it it says it’s up to date.

Have you just started using your Versa? If so it may need a software update. When you set up the tracker it checks for any available updates. If it finds one then it downloads it bit-by-bit in the background each time you sync. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to install it. This can take around 48 hours but it depends on how often you sync.
