Notifications don’t vibrate

My Versa does not vibrate for notifications such as texts and other apps. I have checked these are set to on in the fitbit app and my fitbit is not on do not disturb. The vibrate does work as alarm and stopwatch vibrate, plus some of the fitbit notifications come through as vibrate. The text notifications are coming through as I see them when I swipe down. 

ive followed the troubleshooting thread for iPhone in full, as well as previous threads, and none of these steps have helped. What else can I try?

Hi, when this happens to me I turn Bluetooth on and off and that “usually” fixes it for me.  If that doesn’t work, you can also try re-booting the versa by holding in the button until you see the FitBit icon and then letting it go or you can go through “settings” “about”, “shutdown” on the watch and then turn it back on.
