Lately I have been having several problems with my Versa. As much as I have loved it and the app for over a year, I'm on the verge of ditching the brand and moving to another.
Firstly, my heart rate doesn't sync when I wear the watch on the top of my wrist. This means my active minutes and sleep isn't tracking because it isn't reading my HR. It only seems to work if I wear it on the underside.
Secondly, my active hours are not syncing in the app and haven't been for the last few days. Despite my watch saying I hit 11 out of 12 hours today, the app says I was only active for 2.
Lastly, my activity isn't syncing to challenges. This is the third time I've had an issue with Bingo so I'll be canceling my premium subscription since it's the only reason I kept it. I walked over 14,000 steps today but in my Bingo challenge it's still stuck on 7.67k, which is the exact amount it was on last night.
I've tried all the recommended fixes. I've restarted the watch, restarted my phone, unpaired and repaired in the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even done a factory reset on the watch, yet the problem persists.

Still having these issues...
Sleep and active minutes only track when wearing the watch on the inside of my wrist.
