My brand new Versa 2 is up to date as well as my Fitbit app but I can't even select a new clock face in the app. Very disappointed so far in this watch after restarting my phone, the watch, and even reinstalling the app so far has resolved nothing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? Which clock faces are you unable to install? Fitbit original clock faces or third-party ones? Also, do you receive an error message while trying to install them or are they simply not available?
