After not wearing for a while I had to uninstall and reinstall as it would not update… now there’s not even an option in the notifications for connecting WhatsApp… anyone have any ideas what to try?

Hi there, @Leahjo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

Hi @Leahjo - if you have uninstalled the app you will need to set up things again.

On an iPhone you may not see some apps in App notifications unless the there is a pending notification.
