I have tried all of the troubleshooting to get my fitbit Versa 2 to connect to my Note 2 Ultra and it will not connect. I have also tried to connect it to my work phone that is a S8. I love my Fitbit and just upgraded to the Versa 2 in May but I am very frustrated right now that the main reason to have a smart watch is to connect to my phone and sync my stuff and send notifications to respond too....but when you cannot even get it to recognize it to connect to the phone it is a waste of money. Help please.
