Dear all,
my son has a Versa lite bought May, 2019. He has not use it for a while (about 3 months).
Now we have tried and tried many time tu update the Versa but the upgrade is not working and the Versa continues to give this message " dowloading the APP to configure your watch".
What can we do? We are desperate because it was a gift from his grandparents.
We have also remove the app in the iPad and reistall it and try the upgrade but is not working.
