I recently received a Fitbit Versa as a gift. I did download the Fitbit app, make an account, and I went to set it up ( Windows 10 Laptop ) Inspiron 15 5000. The Laptop does have Bluetooth and I also plugged it into the computer with the usb cable to be on the safe side. It says found it with Bluetooth and it gives me a check mark on the watch and on the computer it still shows the Bluetooth sign trying to connect it but also gives you the option to click the next button and I did. Then it says your good to go and it automatically syncs and the watch stays on a White Flashing Fitbit logo screen and there was no updates needed as it said. What is the problem and can anybody help me? Thanks.

Hi @JonathanS., welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.
