Versa not tracking Active Minutes

My versa stopped capturing active minutes. The heart rate still works and all other stats work. Also, the app still captures the heart rate accurately during active minutes but it just doesn’t show up on the watch? The heart rate setting is “on” in the settings app on the watch. I am using the latest software. Any suggestions?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Since your Versa is running the latest firmware version, can you please specify if your Versa isn't tracking Active Minutes or Active Zone Minutes? To learn more about this, I recommend you to check: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? and then restart your device.
