I got my Versa about 2 weeks ago and I had some trouble setting it up at first and when I finally did I was never able to get it to connect to my Bluetooth headphones or count step accurately or use some apps like Deezer. After reading a lot on the issues fixed with Versa and still not able to use it as I should be I decided to reset the Versa and see if starting from the beginning would help. Well ... now I can't set up the Versa at all. My phone app will find it on Bluetooth and I get the code On the Versa to enter on the app but once I enter the code I go right back to the beginning and no matter how many times I have tried all day today to set up the Versa I haven't been able to. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues setting up your Versa, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions in the How do I restart my Fitbit device? article. After restart it, make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:
Also, I suggest checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
