Can't setup my Versa

Trying setup a device on my phone. Entering the code from the clock, but the phone can not connecting Fitbit, it is just searching.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If you do, I recommend making sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
