I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Fitbit. The first unit I purchased was defective. The replacement I received got stuck in the installation process. Called support and was walked through every possible scenario and explanation of why the unit isn't functioning to be told that I had to make a video of the unit showing the attempt to reset. When I told her - Evelyn that I shouldn't have to send a video of a $200 replacement (2nd defective unit) and everything else I could think of, she came back and told me that the unit isn't "totally" compatible with the Galaxy S9. I asked to speak with a supervisor and here 60 minutes later in addition to the other 60 minutes attempting to make it work, I'm still waiting for one to come on the line. It is of very poor taste that Fitbit handles their customers in such a way, appalling!

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues setting up your replacement Versa and would like to know if you keep having this issue or if you were able to set it up? If you keep having issues, I recommend restarting your Versa and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

All the instructions were followed during the 60 minutes I was on the phone
with Support. I did get it to work without further instructions from Fitbit.

The Versa again failed and determined that it is defective. Going on the
second replacement!
