Can't setup my Versa

Hi, Versa unable to setup, so slow says about 30 mins on 5 percent on steps 2. For ever more like hours, Windows 10. Already have app installed. Tried remove and back .Why is this so slow? My Alta was not like this. Any ideas, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your watch? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
