Just spent 25 minutes on the help desk and it doesn't work 😞 (18th birthday present!). Done a hard factory reset (wait exactly 12 seconds with all three buttons and then release the bottom right button until the device vibrates!) four times! Reinstalled Fitbit app onto 3 different devices. Constantly get Found Device, enter pass code. You enter the pass code and then nada, nothing. You need to add device again. I've rebooted everything turned on and off Bluetooth three trillion times. If anyone has any better ideas then unfortunately I'm admitting defeat and shipping it back!
