Can't stop text notifications on Versa

On the Versa, in settings, under 'Notifications' i have During Exercise, During Sleep, and Device Locked-- everything is set to 'Off' --yet I still get text message notifications on the Versa. Is there another setting somewhere I need to turn off? I've searched community and it seems everyone has the opposite problem, haven't found this one--also there aren't any instructions on the fitbit site about how to turn OFF notifications.

Have you try turning off and on the versa? I'm talking about switching it off with the power button,for some minutes and switching it on back..
