Hi everybody,
I hope somebody or Fitbit answers me ASAP.
I was swimming today with my Fitbit Versa on and I look down and the whole screen came right off. It got all wet in the water and is completely broken and obviously will not turn back on. This is ridiculous, I have had Fitbits for over 5 years now. This is so disappointing.

I've seen a few posts reporting this problem. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be repairable. The usual advice is to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
