Can’t swipe, screen not responding

i packed my watch away 12 months ago after unsuccessful advice. I have pulled it out and attempted previous advice again by the off chance it would work, but still having the same issue. 

screen on my Versa is not registering my swipe. Left, right  up or down is not working. All I can see is the home screen. Factory reset with the buttons didn’t fix the issue. I have attempted this again, but it doesn’t Matter how long I hold the left and top roght button after the logo disappears, I never get the strong vibration and reset option. 

do Fitbit provide replacement watches if the issue can’t be resolved? The watch was only 4 months old when this issue occurred. It’s a lot of money to pay for 4 months worth.
