Hello
I am trying to sync trainerize with my versa two. When I click on the Trainerize, FitBit is saying the app is unavailable - but I know that it is. What am I doing wrong?

I would like to follow up on the connection issues that your Trainerize app is experiencing with your Fitbit account. I would like to know if the issue persists or if both apps are working properly.
In the meantime, please provide a screenshot of the error and we'll be happy to follow up and investigate further.

I am having the same issues. But mine shows its connected but my food or steps don't transfer over. I have deleted all apps and reinstalled. Still nothing help please
