Can't sync Versa 2

I have a new versa 2 only had it for a few weeks now the app has stoped syncing with the tracker, it last did the syncing on Sunday and everytime i try to sync it says cannot find versa 2.  What can i do?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
