Can't sync Versa 2

I have tried everything, did a factory reset on the tracker, uninstalled and re-installed the app.  Now the tracker won't pair to Bluetooth and the actual tracker is telling me to download the app so I'm guessing it is not recognising that either.  What is my next option?  Getting really annoyed now with lack of help from Fitbit.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend confirming your Fitbit app version: tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Help. The app version is at the top.
