Hi,
Around two yrs. back I stopped my versa & got an Apple Watch for myself. After 6 months of not using it, I tried connecting it to my moms phone for her to be able to use it while walking.
unfortunately I had forgotten the password and then after multiple attempts, it started showing ‘unlock with you phone’ message on the watch. So I thought of deleting and delinking it altogether from my id and I did that but now the watch isn’t opening. Have been trying since 1.5 yrs and have been looking for service centres around too but not getting any support. Fitbit customer services are so bad, the number doesn’t work and the chat doesn’t open. Please suggest what can I do to be able to start using the versa again by linking it to my moms phone for her use.
