Put a new band on. My versa 2 frozen. I cannot unlock with my phone. Attempts failed.

Hello @mauga8 when you say Frozen, what do you mean?

Does the Versa 2 have a message saying to unlock with phone? If so do not remove the Versa 2 from the Fitbit app.
