Can't update firmware version

I am having trouble with the new update. (I have the Fitbit Versa lite) i spoke with customer service, they tried walking me through all the steps of resetting both my phone and the fitbit. Disconnecting and reconnecting the two. I tried different phones, I have already tried everything they have  told me todo. I spoke with a manager and i have gotten no where. Nothing is working. They basically told me to try it again in a few hours. I have been trying to get it to work since yesterday morning. Im to the point where I'm just going to return the Fitbit and get my money back. Its Not worth it.

I think it'd be best of you return it. Cause i am facing the same issue, can't update the firmware , been trying for two days and now I'm stuck with a dead product. Unfortunately I'm can't return it as i have been using it for over a couple months. Complete waste of money. Sucks big time.
