Versa not receiving call notifications

Hey, I recently purchased the Fitbit Versa. I love it but for some reason it won't receive call notifications from my Samsung S7 but it receives text messages just fine. Any ideas?

They are enabled separately in the app. Did you enable both?

I have them both all set up and they both have been enabled to my phone

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your call notifications. I recommend taking a look at the My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone help article and follow the instructions provided there.

I know it has been a few months but the fix is to go to the settings on your phone. Select date and time. There you will find the 'auto time' disabled. Simply enable and you will be able to receive calls on the versa. This is verified.

Hello I tried the same on versa lite it's enabled I have cross checked everything that can be done, I found that one plus 6t is not supported. I feel like returning the product can you help me out in anyways is their a solution or returning the product is the solution I have?😔I loved the watch n feel of it but feels kind of useless without notifications please help me out

Hello Ive found that 2.74.2 this version mobile app is working fine on my device giving consistent notifications guess this is the solution fr one plus mobiles

I  was about to give up I'm getting call settings notifications on my Fitbit Versa2. But I came across your solution for setting the date and time to set to automatic sure enough it worked! Thank you for putting this information out there.

Why won't my fitbit versa 2 receive notifications, it tracks everything else, it's only a week old

I have a Samsung Note 9 and a Fitbit Versa.  Many things on my Versa are quirky.  Some things work most of the time and some things stop working randomly. Rarely has everything worked all together at any time.  I have not been receiving call notifications for a while now.  I double-checked the auto date and time on my phone again today as I know it has always been set to that.  So, it isn't that.  Any other ideas?

Sorry, I can't think of anything else. I have the Samsung S7. It seems like things differ between the Samsung phone models as well, I have found certain settings turned off in the phone before after updates which has caused some issues. No email alerts was the most recent problem, somehow the notifications were set to 'block' on the phone email app. Phone and versa worked flawlessly for a few months now there are more intermittent issues. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
