White Screen Versa 2

My versa 2 keeps getting a white screen and freezing up and then the screen feels really warm. Usually it goes back to normal but it hasn’t yet. Any advice on how to fix it or get it fixed?

Hello @Yoshi_Haikyu first thing I would try a restart, then maybe a shutdown. Then turn on. If that fails Fitbit contact info will be found in the  top slide out menu or under the help link below or in the Fitbit app help.
