I had to restart this watch again. Does not update firmware, does not sync, does not connect to internet, face screen stays on same screen it came with, no clock. Watch is right next to internet router, tablet, and charger, yet not working. And I do have internet connection.. For lack of better words, pissing me off. Watch is no more than a month old. Have had nothing but issuess.
Will likely take it back and go with somebody else altogether,. Makes no sense to have to keep restarting or having these problems. This is ridiculous.

Yes pretty much having the same issues as you. It’s weird that the watch is actually showing up everything except my steps for the day. Can’t update, connect to Bluetooth or wifi or turn it off even. Very frustrating

I restarted everything. Even have an new IPhone 11 and still no email being received. Does not work when I send en email to myself so will try from work and if still not working, will return to the store likely for refund. There is no reason for this to be happening on a brand new item that's barely close to 30 days.
