Can't use quick replies

When I get a message I can only clear, open or mark as read. In the app it says that I have the feature

@Morgan183  Which model of Moto G?  Also, again, what Android OS are you running.  You need at least Android 7.0 for Quick Replies.  Standard messaging app called "Messages"?  These details are needed to help you.
