Cancel premium subscription

I wanted to cancel premium subscription so contacted support team as there is no option available to cancel it on our own. That agent did something and said you won't be charged for premium subscription. After 2 weeks I realized my subscription was still active so contacted support team they come up with new story that they have not cancelled and they don't have option to cancel it's some other team who does it and they will reach you on email. It's been 3 weeks 2 tickets raised. But I haven't heard anything from fitbit.

1) they will charge money for subscription without allowing user to cancel it and don't respond on time.

2) support team don't have enough knowledge on what they are doing

3) support team don't have authorization to just cancel the subscription 

4) the responsibile team don't contact the user 

My feedback don't buy this product premium subscription. I regret everyday contacting support team for update as it's my money time being wasted. 

Im posting here only reason that team atleast reads this and gets back to me

@Ranjitha_versa2 I canceled easily through the play store. Premium was free for everyone during the early covid lockdowns. I didn't see masses on here complaining they couldn't cancel. It's simple in Play store or Itunes.
