Cannot Add Friends

I have not been able to add friends for over 6 months on my Versa 2. I called Fitbit and they could not figure it out. Really frustrating. I can see my friend's request to my sister (also tried with a couple of other friends in the same room) and standing right next to her she sent me a request and neither of us could see the request. HELP cause Fitbit can't help.

Welcome to the forum, @VEGA1207  -  Please try this:

  • From the browser on your phone, navigate to Fitbit.com
  • Tap the gear icon at the top of the page, then select Settings in the pull down menu
  • Then, tap Notifications from the list at the left
  • Find Friend Request. Make sure both options are selected then scroll down to select Save

Sync your Versa 2 to your phone then have someone send you a friend request. 

 

Another option is for you to send them a friend request. Have them reply to your post here. Open that post and tap their name, then tap to open their Fitbit.com Profile. From there, you should see a button that reads Add Friend. 

 

Please let us know if either option works for you.
