Can't pair my new Versa

Hello, Please help me I have purchased the Versace via Amazon in the box and it contains all the accessories of the charger etc... When I try to link it to the program, the message appears to me (

This device has been locked and cannot be paired. This may happen if a device is reported lost or if a warranty replacement has been issued. If you believe this is in error, please contact support ) 

there any way I can overcome or solve this problem thank you
