I have a LG V20 phone, I purchased a Versa 2 and upon initial set was able to sync with Fitbit App. After Versa2 updated to firmware ver.35.68.9.15 with Fitbit App ver. 3.12.1 I can no longer sync watch to phone via bluetooth. I have tried resetting watch, uninstalling and re installing app no luck. Starting to think purchasing this watch was a mistake

Have you removed the Versa 2 from your phones bluetooth?
I'm not sure what is ment by reset the watch, was this a factory reset, soft restart, or a hard shutdown?
Have you tried a restart or a shutdown of both the tracker and phone.
Then they clearing the fit it app cache if the above fail.
