I cannot access the store for apps or clock faces on my versa 2. The app says no internet connection however I am still able to sync all data and do everything else. updated to most recent versions of both on a pixel 4 xl. Anyone have a fix?

I have also factory reset the device, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and cleared the cache of the app.

Why @Randommg how will a factory reset fix a problem between the phone and the fit it cloud services?
Where you able to setup your tracker? An internet connection is needed during the setup procedure.
Did you try with the phone connected to wifi, then with the phone connected to celular?

I reset basically as a final option to see if that would fix anything.
I was able to set up the tracker just fine, connected to WiFi and everything. The app gives me the same error whether or not I am on wifi or cellular data.
