I’m very disappointed in the Fitbit devices I’ve bought recently. I’m currently on my 5th device. I’m ready to just switch to the Apple iwatch.
I've had my Versa since Christmas. It was at 0% battery last night before bed so I charged it all night. I grabbed it before work this morning and the logo is flashing. I assumed it was just starting back up but I grabbed the charger in case I needed it. It has been flashing the logo sign all morning.
I searched google and the Fitbit community for solutions. I found other people have had the same issue. I tried the factory reset option. The logo just continues to flash and the vibration that should happen after releasing the bottom right button never happens even after a few minutes.
I currently have the Fitbit back on the charger and will retry the reset in a few hours.
I read a few suggestions of updating the app but the device won’t connect to the app so I don’t see how that would help.
any further suggestions would be appreciated.
