Fitbit Versa not turning on

  • I’ve had my Fitbit versa for 18 months, I woke up yesterday with the screen lit up but dark. I then tried to reset it and it went blank and I haven’t been able to get it to restart again. I had it on charge all day yesterday and still nothing. I let it sit last night and have tried multiple times to reset it but it’s still not working. I’ve just noticed that under the front sensor there are condensation bubbles. Why would this be? And how can I fix it?
