Versa Lite wrong time and not syncing

Hi

As stated above i have a versa lite. Not used it for a few months as i was fed up with the syncing issues. I have an android phone and syncing was ridiiculous.

I fully charged the fitbit today, when it came on it had the wrong timw and a

said i had already done 97 steps. Read the instructions about restarting it, then went on the app and did the time zone thing and all that. Nothing changed.

Final thing was to unpair and start again. Now it won't even pair.....any help available?
